Daily College Interview Tip #2

2/8/2012

Don't be late!  This seems obvious right?  But you'd be surprised how many students cut it a little too tight or get to a 5PM interview at 5:07PM.  If anything, you should be EARLY.  If you're meeting at an office or coffee shop or campus, get there 20-30 minutes early.  Settle down - you'll probably be nervous, get comfortable, check your hair and clothing, and relax!  Nothing is worse then running late for a college interview, getting flustered and having to apologize before you've even said anything about yourself.  Parents can help by making sure you have directions before you need to leave, you know how to get where you're going, and there aren't any traffic delays or accidents that will impede your travel.
