Ashley Hill brings her knowledge, expertise, and compassion to helping junior and high school students and their families to successfully prepare for college. She founded the organization in July 2010 in response to her personal journey to achieving success in her undergraduate biology program. As a result, she was able to graduate in
three years. She is dedicated to developing an individualized plan of action for every student and family because no two students are alike.
She brings a unique approach to assisting future college students with proven strategies to get desired results which is gaining college admission and acquiring the tools to complete their degree.
Hill graduated from Kent State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Biology. She graduated with a Master of Public Health degree from A.T.
Still University in June 2011.

Dr. Ed James drew inspiration from his personal experiences with healthy lifestyle changes, and in 2011 founded Heal2BFree where he serves as President. Heal2BFree focuses on helping individuals, organizations and businesses to develop and implement action plans for healthy lifestyles, and is committed to closing the health disparities gap. Dr. James has a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Foundation and Cornell University. He received his BS in Biology from Bucknell University and earned his MD and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania as a participant in the Penn Med Scholars combined degree program. Dr. James completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at the Stanford University Medical Center, as well as a Fellowship in Diagnostic Neuroradiology at the New York University Medical Center. He is the primary author and co-editor of Getting into Medical School – A Planning Guide for Minority Students, which was published by Williams and Wilkins, Inc. This book has been a principal resource for many premedical students over the years. Dr. James currently lives in Virginia with his wife and family. He is a member of Alfred Street Baptist Church. Faye was born and raised in Graceville, Florida. She is a graduate of Graceville High School in Graceville, Florida and Chipola College in Marianna, Florida. Upon graduation from college, she moved to Wilmington, Delaware, where she began her professional career at Bank of Delaware. She began in an entry level position and was promoted through the ranks to Assistant Vice President and Personnel Consultant.
She was recruited by First National Bank of Chicago and ultimately was promoted to First Vice President with responsibility for Human Resources in Illinois, Delaware, New York and Missouri. Faye left the banking industry in 1999.
She is the Founder and President of Victorious Life Ministries. It is through this ministry that she touches thousands of lives. She believes that abundant life is possible, in all areas, spiritually, physically, financially and intellectually.
She is a frequent speaker at women’s conferences, retreats, women’s days, and revivals throughout the country. God uses Faye through a powerful preached Word and the anointing of transparency to reach the hearts of hurting people. She is a mentor, counselor and friend to many.
She was originally licensed to preach in 1992 at Union Baptist Church in Wilmington, Delaware under the leadership of the late Rev. Otis A. Herring. She currently serves on the Ministerial Staff of First AME Church of Palm Coast, Florida, as the Church Administrator. She also serves as the leader of the Women’s Ministry and teaches women’s bible study on a weekly basis
Her favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
