Welcome to our APP age! Thank you for taking the first step on the road to a healthier you!
Who are we! We provide a wide variety of services for individuals and corporations
that revolve around wellness, health, life-skills, educational help/college consultation for students and the family, financial planning, stress training, etiquette training and much, much more! This app will help you find fun, interesting, enjoyable ways to stay healthy, inform yourself about health trends, find out where you can exercise, meet up with others interested in staying healthy and eating healthy and learn about up to the minute health trends, and keep yourself in fantastic shape! The app is divided into six parts:
1. A tab where you indicate what areas of health you want to learn more about and a way to indicate a milestone you want to achieve (such as quitting smoking in 60 days).
2. A tab with information and data about public health in NYC where you can compare yourself to others and get information about outreach services that can be of help as you progress.
3. A tab with news feeds regarding current data trends from publications such as the NY Times and resources for meeting up with others who want to eat right, stay health such as meetup!
4. A Locator where you can find out information about local doctors and health services.
5. A Sign up sheet to get motivational text messages and email messages to keep you going and motivated to stay healthy.
6. A badge once you complete the milestones that you set up in the beginning. Let's get started! What area of health do you want to improve on?
